Tara is an English illustrator specialising in portraits and visual depictions of history. Much like our ancestors, Tara loves indulging in stories and a bit of glamour, and wants to bring a touch of escapism into her art.

After graduating with a BA in Asia Pacific Studies, she spent two years in Japan just before pursuing an MA in Japanese Studies. Now, returning from her fourth year in Japan, Tara works as a freelance historian alongside her creative pursuits.
